Account Executive

Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our energetic and innovative sales team. The position begins with a structured 9-month training and development period, split into two distinct segments. During the first 3 months, you will focus on gaining comprehensive knowledge of our products, solutions, and value propositions. In the subsequent 6 months, you will employ a combination of daily outbound cold calls and other prospecting tools to identify and engage new prospects, securing appointments for our sales team. Every three-months, your performance and progress will be assessed to ensure you are on track for continued growth and success.
Upon completion of the training phases, you will use your product expertise and entrepreneurial mindset to build cooperative client partnerships, providing tailored solutions across diverse media channels including Radio, Streaming, Social Media, OTT/CTV, and other emerging platforms. Your ultimate objective is to uncover new business opportunities, deliver exceptional customer value, and foster long-term relationships.
Training & Development (First 9 Months):
First 3 Months:
- Immerse yourself in our product offerings, solutions, and value propositions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target markets and key vertical segments.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced team members.
- Undergo an assessment at the end of 3 months to evaluate product knowledge and readiness for the next phase.
Next 6 Months:
- Employ a combination of daily outbound cold calls and other prospecting tools to identify new clients and secure high-quality appointments.
- Refine sales pitches, communication strategies, and negotiation techniques.
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM tools, building a strong pipeline.
- Undergo an assessment at the end of each 3 months to evaluate sales readiness and performance.
- Provide supportive training for the next Account Executive prior to the final position transition.
Post-Training Responsibilities:
- Conduct Needs Analyses and account reviews to identify key client requirements.
- Develop tailored marketing solutions that fulfill agreed-upon KPIs across various media platforms (Radio, Streaming, Social Media, OTT/CTV).
- Continuously enhance your understanding of local business verticals and stay informed about evolving industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention of both new and existing clients.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and market knowledge, clearly articulating how digital solutions integrate with other media offerings.
- Strategically utilize CRM tools to manage day-to-day activities, maintain a solid pipeline, and drive consistent execution.

REQUIREMENTS
· Passion for cultivating new leads and growing client business, with a strong desire for continuous skill development.
· Strategic thinker and proven problem solver who can innovate to meet client needs.
· Highly motivated, competitive, and able to surpass sales goals under pressure.
· Minimum 3 years of media sales experience with strong digital knowledge preferred.
· College degree preferred, but not required.
· Bilingual proficiency preferred.
· Previous experience in outside sales or call center environments is beneficial.
